We want you to love your Side-Eye Pup gear. Or at least love it as much as your dog allows you to love anything that is not them.

Because our items are made just for you, we offer refunds for:

• Items that arrived damaged
• Defective products
• Items that were sent incorrectly

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund, email us at support@side-eyepup.com with your order number and a brief description of what went wrong. Photos are important too, especially if your shirt arrived looking like it lost a fight with the mail system.

For the longest life possible, please follow the washing and care instructions included with your purchase. Your tee has responsibilities. So do you.
