Good things take a few business days. Your dog understands waiting. Sort of.

We offer free shipping on orders over USD $75.00.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. During busy times, processing may take a little longer because apparently everyone else also has excellent taste and a judgmental dog.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Updates

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Track it closely, forget it exists until it arrives, or ask your dog to monitor the front window. All valid options.

All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout system.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and other things outside our control may affect delivery. We’d control the weather if we could. Your dog would still disapprove.
